FAQs

  • 1. Do you take commissions?

I do and I’d absolutely love to help bring your vision to life!

You can find out more information on my commission process here.

  • 2. Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship to the UK, but plan to expand to include more countries.

For shipping to the UK, I will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel as it makes it way to you.

  • 3. Are there framing options available?

I can offer a wide variety of custom framing options and finishes upon request, at an additional cost. For more information, email me at: mg.artistry@outlook.com

  • 4. What mediums do you use?

I mainly work in oil and acrylic, but I also love to experiment with watercolours too!

  • 5. What is Giclée printing?

Notably, giclée printers utilize a palette of 12 pigment-based inks, a significant step up from standard printers.

This expanded colour range, coupled with meticulous spraying techniques, ensures more accurate reproductions of my original work, and the best quality prints for you. Giclée really is the Rolls-Royce of fine art prints!

  • 6. What is Hahnemühle German Etching?

Hahnemühle German Etching is for high-quality art prints and photographs. It’s a warm base, natural 100% cotton paper, treated with a special coating that creates vivid colours and rich deep blacks for captivating detail and contrast with a velvety texture and heavyweight.

The combination of texture and weight enables the paper to hold more ink, capturing the light and giving the artwork a handcrafted feel. Due to its robust nature, Hahnemühle German Etching paper also won’t fray as much at the edges. The paper is acid- and lignin-free and age resistant.

  • 7. What's the difference between Standard Prints and Limited editions?

I want my art to be as accessible as possible, and able to find its way into the homes of those it resonates with. To help with this, outside of my more premium services for Original and Limited Edition works, I have open edition standard prints that still use a textured fine art paper for a good quality print, at more affordable price points.

  • 8. Do you accept returns?

I aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore all sales are final, except in the case of damage.

If your painting has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at: mg.artistry@outlook.com with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify and issues.
